How does canceling or overriding WeaveGrid's schedule affect my smart score?
Your smart score tracks how much of your charging happens during WeaveGrid's optimized schedule. Overriding this schedule lowers your score, and dropping below 85% means you won't qualify for that month's participation credit.
What Counts as an Override?
- Starting charging manually on your vehicle, charger, or through their apps
- Replying "Charge Now" to our SMS text, or tapping “Charge Now” in the WeaveGrid dashboard or app
- Editing your charging schedule after WeaveGrid sets it
- Using a schedule created outside of WeaveGrid (on your vehicle or charger)
We recommend not setting any schedules on your vehicle or charger. Instead, use the WeaveGrid dashboard or app to set your Charge Preferences—we'll handle the rest.
