For enrolling in the Smart Charge program, you'll receive a $20 bill credit approximately 1-2 billing cycles after your enrollment is accepted once you:
- Maintain a continuous device connection to WeaveGrid for at least 30 days after enrollment (you don't need to stay plugged in constantly – just keep the connection active)
- Remain a TEP residential electric customer
For participating each month, you'll receive a $10 bill credit the following month if you:
- Maintain a monthly Smart Score of at least 85%
- Have at least one home charging event per month
- Remain a TEP residential electric customer
If you unenroll, you're still eligible for the previous month's $10 credit.
Note: There is a maximum of two enrollment credits ($20 each) and two monthly credits ($10 each) per account, regardless of devices enrolled.
